stm32f429 external sdram

Hello. I try to work with external sdram 

AS4C4M32S-6TIN via fmc interface.It has got 4 internal banks. When i write data in first bank all ok.But there is a problem with others banks.When i write data in one of the three banks the same data appears in others banks. I've checked connections between controller ans sdram and it seems to be all right. What is the reason can it be?

Hello,

I guess that you are writing always at the same internal bank, you must use bit 15:14 of the bank address, to select the internal bank number isn’t it?
