STM32F413zhj6 bga package, customer has noticed strange behaviour on the IBIS model. Capacitance on K11 and K12 is way to high in the nF?

STM32F413zhj6 bga package, customer has noticed strange behaviour on the IBIS model. When modelling output of K11 and K12 (PD14 ans PD15) the capacitance for the mdel is in the nF range. This is very large when compared to the other pins where they are in pF range. Is this an error in the IBIS model or is there something internal causing this? I do expect its the model, I can't see from a silicon point how you have nF on a pin!

Hello,

It's a typo in the IBIS model instead of nF it should be pF.

Hi. Can you give me a time line as to when this will be corrected? If this isn’t a priority, perhaps there are pins which are an accurate representation of pins PD14 and PD15 when configured as part of FSMC interface? For example, could I use the same model as other FMSC nets?

Take care
