STM32F412ZGJ6TR does not wake up after reset.

my design equipped with STM32F412ZGJ6TR 

When applying reset command my STM does not wakeup 

We have produced many PCBAs till now without any issue relate to reset mechanism. 

The external Hardware reset that was implemented contain Pull-Up resistor of 10K  and 1Uf capacitor connect to NRST line 

The Scope show that when applying software reset this PIN (NRST) fall to 1.3v (From 3.3VDC) and return to high within 50msec 

When changing the RC (replace capacitor to 0.1uf) the NRST dropped to zero but still my STM does not wakeup

Welcome @Yair S, to the community!

Your schematic is very difficult to read because you have chosen a resolution that is too small. But I could just make out that you did not connect BOOT0 (D5), right?
You have to set a defined level here:

• 0 for normal operation,
• 1 to start the integrated bootloader.

Details can be found in AN2606, the data sheet or the reference manual.
