STM32F407 JTAG and Flash Loader Demonstrator Unsuccessful

I have serious problem.

I tried to write software to the devices with JTAG and Flash Loader Demonstrator,but both of them could not find device.

I guess the device revision has something different with revision ''Z''.

Revision ''Z'' devices are successful with JTAG and Flash Loader Demonstrator,

however ''L'' are unsuccessful at all.

If anyone know about this problem, please tell me tips.

Following infomation was tried to write with JTAG and Flash Loader Demonstrator.

    No particular insight.

    Usual things to confirm :

    Voltages on VCAP pins

    State of NRST pin

    State of BOOTx pins

    I rework device revision L to Z then the MPU connect with JTAG and Serial.(On some of same PCB bords.)

    So I worder why doesn't work this device.

    Everything same as revision L.

    Should I connect BYPASS_REG pin to Low?

    Now, this pin is open.

    As the result, VCAP Pins Voltage is a Key!

    Bypass_REG pin connect to the GND throuh 10k ohm, then

    Voltage on VCAP is about 2.6V and confirm to write firmware.

    Now, Everything is OK.

    Shouldn't the VCAP pins be at 1.25V?! How have you got these parts wired up? (schematic)

    It was 1.25V. I made typo.
