Hello,

I currently have a 3.3V PWM on TIM3_Channel2.

Can the output be changed to a 5V logic?

It depends on what you are driving.

You should probably consider using a buffer that can do the level conversion.

You can configure the pin in open-drain mode, and have a pull-up resistor to 5V on pins that are FT (Five volt Tolerant) per data sheet.
