Hi all,

I would like to know where can i find the internal driving circuit schematics of a TTa output pin (PA0, pin 14) for the  STM32F373RC controller.

PS: I think i might be an open collector with an internal pull up resistor but cant be sure..

Thanks,

    Hi

''I would like to know where can i find the internal driving circuit schematics of a TTa output pin (PA0, pin 14) for the  STM32F373RC controller.''

    http://www.st.com/web/en/resource/technical/document/reference_manual/DM00041563.pdf

    Look in section 8 General-purpose I/Os (GPIO)

Like most of the STM32 range, the output port is configurable : push/pull or open drain, with or with out pull up.

The TTa pins are 3.3V tolerant, and connected to the ADC

Whether they are Push-Pull or Open-Collector, or Pull-Up or Pull-Down, that's for YOU to configure.
