stm32f303 i2c bootloader: app note inconsistent

Hi all,

I see an inconsistency between application notes.

Here, AN4221 shows that all STM32F303xx controllers have I2C bootloaders:

But if I open a different document (AN2606) I see that it is NOT true:

Which is true? I sincerely hope the AN4221  is true.
