ST: This page that discusses the order code (e.g. STM32F103RBT6) is much easier to read and more informative than say revision 1.

However this part...

Flash memory size

6 = 32 Kbytes of Flash memory

8 = 64 Kbytes of Flash memory

B = 128 Kbytes of Flash memory

seems not to mention RAM. Would it be helpful and correct to write...

Flash and RAM memory size

6 = 32 Kbytes of Flash memory, 10Kbytes of RAM memory

8 = 64 Kbytes of Flash memory, 20Kbytes of RAM memory

B = 128 Kbytes of Flash memory, 20Kbytes of RAM memory ?
