STM32F072C8 CANBUS Loopback working but Normal mode isnt.
Hi I am hoping someone can help me with a frustrating problem. I have two boards setup with STM32F072C8 parts. I have downloaded the examples from ST which are for a larger footprint part and modified the code to run on the 48 pin parts. The loopback mode works ok but switching to normal mode stops the receive side from working. I have a third node connected that sends a valid canbus message one per second and I am monitoring that from a canbus tool and that works ok so I am confident the hardware is ok. Termination resistors are in place etc. I have tried the samples from the SPL and HAL and all seem to stop at the same point. Does anybody please have a snippet of simple code that works in normal mode?
