STM32F070 Breakout board

I designed the following circuit to interface an STM32F070 Micro for a project I'm working on. 

I was hoping to get some feedback if I was doing everything the right way/will it work , before I order the PCB and BOM.

    I would probably place ALL the debug pins on a single header, ideally a standard one, but including SWDIO, SWCLK, NRST, GND, 3V3

    Do something specific with BOOT0, have a pull down for normal operation, but with the ability to drive it high to get into the system loader.

    Consider adding an 32 KHz Oscillator, via PC14/PC15

    This is a very old post, and I'm sure you have unfortunately found out the hard way that there is a problem with your circuit, but for future reference to anyone looking at this circuit, VDDA is incorrectly connected to GND and VSSA is incorrectly connected to VDD.

    Sorry no one caught it in time, but hopefully this helps someone in the future.
