STM32F051R8T6 internal ADC input amplification with adjustable gain?

Hi,

I just wanted to verify if STM32F051R8T6 has an option for internal signal amplification with adjustable gain(ofcourse, within 3.3V range) of an input signal(in varying mV range) to any ADC pin. I am aware that it has internal comparator and only its internal reference can be changed, but I wanted to use an opamp linear amplifier to amplify the signal by varying the gain with respect to the incident ADC signal.

Any input regarding this will be of great help. Thanks!

PS:- I have already implemented external linear opamp voltage amplifier with fix gain, but just wanted to make sure if there is any smarter way around.
