What is the

input

resistance of the

analog

comparator

in STM32F051?

I can not

find

this information

in the Datasheet.

Me neither, seems it is not specified.

I suggest to contact a local sales/support administrative.

For bravity, I would assume a value in the range of the ADC input resistance.

Table 50 indicates a leakage value of 0.2uA for input set to analog.

On the other hand, Fig. 23 indicates 1uA for the ADC input, which together with the specified max. 50kOhm source impedance yields a 50mV error. Now that's more than 50 LSB... I would love to hear ST's explanation for that.
