STM32F0 LL Library RCC Bug

Hi,

There is a bug in F0 LL library rcc module.

RCC_GetSystemClockFreq() is incorrect if the mcu use HSI48 as system clock,

in this case it returns HSI_VALUE but not 48MHz.
