    These resistors do not need. They have more to protect the output STM.

    These resistors do not need. They have more to protect the output STM.

     

    Pretty sure they are there to limit the current (energy), and over-shoot (ringing/reflection), on fast edges, as a way to reduce radiated EMI and permit passing FCC/CE testing more easily.
