STM32CubeMX.exe version 4.23.0 not responding and no error message

My installed STM32CubeMX 4.23.0 has been running fine, but today suddenly double clicked on the .exe file gave no response.  What might had happened and any idea aside from reinstall it?

Solved. It was due to IT blocking the internet and CubeMX required a working internet connection. Too bad that there was no warning or error message issued.
