STM32CubeMX bug - can't select AF on PH6

STM32CubeMX 4.22.0, F7 cube 1.7, stm32f769i-discovery
I want a 32 bit timer with pwm capture on the arduino headers. Attempting to select TIM2_CH1 on PH6 fails. In the application, it just puts the ball to reset mode and puts PA5 to the AF for TIM2_CH1. PA5 doesn't reach the headers so its of no use to me.
The card that comes with the board says that PH6 is D9 not D6. for what its worth.
