STM32407 Issue

Hi,

I was wondering if someone can review my schematics as I am having issues with the JTAG. The voltage rails have the correct voltages but device is unable to be detected using JFlash and JLink EDU. I had another hardware engineer to look at the schematics and PCB and they also have the same issue. They also solder the board and test the voltage lines, remove the 22R resistor from VDD and VDDA but unable to resolve the issue.I am just wondering if it is a dodgy batch of PCBs receive from the manufacturer.

Check the voltages

Check the voltage at the vcap pins

Check the level of the nrst pin

Check the part orientation

Check the parts placed

Check some of the literally dozens of troubleshooting and bring-up threads I've worked.
