STM32 with Ethernet and FSMC?

    Is ST still woking on the new STM32 with 90nm?

      YES.

    Will it have FSMC and Ethernet?  It would be great if it did.

    What will be the CPU speed?  Shrinking the geometry almost always will allow an increase in speed along with more memory. How much faster - we will have to wait and see. I would expect a significant speed increase.

    If I were me, I'd be excited !
