STM32 USB Lib usb_conf.h endpoint addresses in the PMA?

In the USB firmware lib it has a file usb_conf.h that defines a BTABLE and some endpoint addresses in the PMA I understand.

How do you calculate the addresses? In the mass storage demo for example it has different addresses to say the joystick mouse demo.

What document is this defined in?
