STM32 program size limit

Hi,

I know that the STM32 program size is limited to 1024 Kbytes (on flash) or 128 Kbytes on RAM , is there any way to increase this ? maybe to download the program to some other place like EEPROM ?

Like an external NOR flash on the external bus  (FSMC) at 0x60000000 ?

You should look at some of the EVAL boards, ucLinux implentations.

Or wait for the 2MB 256K devices to release?
