    Try to formulate questions with clarity and context.

    Review some of the schematics for EVAL and DISCO boards.

    The internal POR circuit expects to see a supply across VDDA and VSSA.

    If you have a system with multiple supply rails, consider how they rise, and consider thresholding parts like the MCP-120.

    8051 I/O pin current rating is 10mA.

    AVR I/O pin current rating is 20mA.

    what is the I/O pins current rating for STM32. and also how implement the BROWN OUT Reset?
