STLINK-V3MINIE not working and CLK pin and GND show continuity out of the box

Hello,

I had order 2x STLINK-V3MINIE and one of them has CLK and GND shorted. Looking for suggestions on what needs to be done since it has happened out of the box when I opened fresh one.

Hello, 

I already powered it. Didn't expect it to have short. I can't see any physical damages. Everything on the board looks clean and new. The board itself gets detected fine and LEDs have normal indication. 

I bought it from ST estore. Any suggestion on whom to contact?
