StdPeriph lib Timer examples

Hello everyone,

I am new to embedded programming. I was using Stm32l discovery board. I was trying to use the timer input capture mode to measure and then display the frequency.

After initialization, it shows 00 freq on lcd and doesnt change.  I tried to display something when it enters the timer irq, but that message also is not displayed?

Is there any problem in initialization or is it something else??
