standard peripheral library download ?

OK, I admit it's been a year since I tried to navigate the ST site.   I'm trying to find the stm32f0 standard peripheral library.  This link doesn't seem to have any download button:

Really, I didn't think it was possible to make the st website harder to navigate, but I was wrong.
