ST32F769NI-EVAL UART setting

I got a ST32F769NI-EVAL and trying to send serial data through UART7.

I've found the right setting using PB4 as Tx and set it correctly.

I use internal JTAG(not using ST-LINK) so I can use the PB4 pin as Tx.

But I get junk characters though I'm not even trying to send any thing from my code.

Further more, I remove any code that setup UART7 but still get constantly junk ascii from PB4 pin.

Is there any other action that anybody know that should be done to use the PB4 as UART7 beside remove ST-Link?
