I used ST32Cube_FW_H7 V1.5.0 Nucleo H743Zi example code for Nucleo H743Zi, the LED2 doesn't work, I thought I got bad module, then I order again, second Nucleo doesn't work too.

There are two different H743ZI boards, make sure you're building for the right one, check the command line define passed to the linker, and then at the #ifdef's in the include file with LED2 etc in it.
