From RN0107:

The ST-LINK server is an application to share the debug interface of a single ST-LINK board

among several host applications, typically a debugging tool and a monitoring tool. 

Where can ST-Link Server mentioned in RN0107 be found? Is there an accompanying documentation to facilitate development of modification of the clients connecting to it?
