Shortcut of DAC output.

what maximum current the DAC_output / ADC_input pin can hold if shorted to the ground. with internal buffer Off/On? STM32H753zi.

The datasheet of you specific H7 device ?!?

datasheet provides the maximum current rating for I/O pins, but not for DAC. while dac pin is also can be I/O, it is only when dac switched off from pin. For a DAC itself, the most i can found is that DAC will reduce voltage for a half with 5kOm load. 
But, no statements about maximum current rate. And no data about possible current at shortcut.

Can you provide full ordering code to check silicon revision or DBGMCU revision ID?

 

The allowable current is limited by the absolute maximum ratings and by the pin’s output drive capability. So it must be checked against the DAC output characteristics and absolute maximum ratings provided in datasheet. You should provide an external current limiting path if the pin is forced to ground.
