RM0399, p3226:

Debug port target identification register (DP_TARGETID)

Address offset: 0x4

Reset value: 0x1048 0401

should probably read Reset value: 0x1045 0401

The correct value is probably 0x1045 0041 as STM as a designer is 0x20.
