Comparing by experimentally read out fvalue I found the table value is incorrect, and the value from the PWR power control register (PWR_CR) for STM32F42xxx and STM32F43xxx subchapter appears to be correct. However, it says:

Reset value: 0x0000 C000 (reset by wakeup from Standby mode)

Why the "reset by wakeup..."? And what's the expected reset value after POR or system reset, then?
