RESET PIN controller

We use micro controller STM32F103RBT6 & stepper motor driver IC TB6560AHQ.

we have found the problem at Reset pin of stepper motor driver IC. Circuit is attached.

Initially machine works properly. but after some time motor gets stop.

During analysis of the problem we observed that the resistor value at location R83( 10KOhm) shows 0.7Ohm.

& voltage at reset pin is 0V.

Kindly suggest

Hi, it seems very unlikely that a 10k on the Vcc would short out.

I really need to see the rest of the circuit.

I suggest that you measured R83 incorrectly.

Remove the resistor and re-measure. obviously replace it regardless.

I suggest the Reset pin itself may have shorted out.

suggesting some spike is coming into the VCC line,

hence I would like to see the rest of the circuit.
