Request for FIT Details of STM32H563ZIT6

Hi,

We are currently using the STM32H563ZIT6 microcontroller in our project. We would like to obtain the FIT (Failure In Time) / reliability data for this device for our reliability and FMECA analysis.

Please share the latest available reliability data or the relevant ST document/reference.
