replacement stm32l476ret6 stm32l476rgt6

I would like to change the stm32l476rgt6 to the stm32l476ret6 , in general they are the same MCU changing only the amount of flash memory (1Mb to 512k), is there any problem? remembering that I have a project already running with rgt6.

in general I think I would just need to change the Script linker, but I would like to rectify this idea.
