Replacement for SAF-XC164CS-16F40F BB controller

We are looking for a replacement of Infenion microcontroller SAF-XC164CS-16F40F BB. Can you please suggest a suitable ST Microcontroller?

Since there is usually no pin-compatible replacement for MCUs, certainly not with 5V supply voltage, you have to pick the appropriate type from the thousands of STM32 derivatives according to your requirements.
