I guess, you have missed to suggest the alternate part.

Depending on your specific requirements, there are many STM32 that could be used instead of the LPC1764FBD100. However, it should be noted that no pin-compatible is possible, so a new circuit and a rewrite of the programme are necessary.

You can, however, look at, for example:

• STM32F207VET6
• STM32F407VET6
• STM32F429VET6
• STM32F469VET6
• STM32F745VET6
• STM32F746VET6
