Register Level Equivalent of LL Statment

What would be the register level equivalent of the following statement:

 LL_HRTIM_ClearFlag_REP(HRTIM1, LL_HRTIM_TIMER_MASTER);

Also,

 HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOB, GPIO_PIN_10, GPIO_PIN_SET);

  HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOB, GPIO_PIN_10, GPIO_PIN_RESET);
