Regarding the COM PORT not showing

I was getting Start with STM32F401CCU. I am not able to find the COM PORT to USE in ARDUINO IDE.

But in Device Manager i was able to find the below

As STM32 BootLoader. Which i am not able use ARDUINO IDE.
Can AnyBody help me to fix this

You'll need some Loader on the board for it to appear as a VCP / COM USB Device.

You'll probably need to use STM32 Cube Programmer in USB/DFU mode or with an ST-LINK via SWDIO/SWCLK connections.

Find an Arduino tutorial for whatever board you're using..
