Adding to the above question, another query : When I enable 2 channels and try to monitor 1 of them with the watchdog feature, the watchdog feature does not work.

Can you take a debugger screen capture of the adc hw registers with the failing watchdog condition?

Thanks for replying. Not sure what the real issue was, I was facing another issue (Unable to load the program to the microcontroller through st link after adding or deleting some lines of code.). Due to this issue I reinstalled the STM32 Cube IDE and after that the ADC watch dog issue was resolved. I had still captured the registers during problem state and uploaded the same.
