reading processor VRefInt voltage

I want to measure ADCx_IN17 (internally connected to processor VRefInt).

What sample time should I use ?

I want to measure processor Vcc power by measuring VrefInt. But when configuring ADC1 I need to set a sample time. In doc I can find sample time for measuring temperature , but there is no info for VrefInt.

The data manual for the part (STM32F405xx) says the minimum sample time is 10us (Ts_vrefint)
