PWM for stepper motor

Hi all,

plz i need to generate a signal like this one to control a stepper motor: 

if you have an idea don't hesitate plz. I found an example named ''6 steps'' which contains a signal like this one but it doesn't work

It doesnt work could mean also that you need to power your motor and/or Cortex? Idea? Take 2 PWM lines and set the signals. You can even make it manually with timers if you feel hardcore.
