I would like to know which process technology (?nm) of STM32L4R9I-EVAL evaluation board.
I've checked the user manual but not having this information.

Uhm, do you mean the minimum width of the tracks used to make the EVAL's board? Or maybe the structure width of the STM32L4R9AII6 used on the STM32L4R9I-EVAL?

If the latter, then this is a 90nm technology.
