Problem with STM32L475 Discovery kit IoT node power supply

Hello, I've just received the STM32L475 Discovery kit IoT node. I connected the board through USB cable to my laptop (the JP4 jumper is connected to 5V_ST_LINK) and the power supply LED (LD5) is blinking. Also the board is not visible from laptop (I have installed the required drivers). What is going on? Is there something else I have to do?

Make sure not to use a charging cable, these only have power lines, and lack the data lines for connectivity.

Hi, thank you for your answer. The problem seems to be the power supply, that's why the board is not visible. The power supply LED should be on and not blinking.

Are you sure? Have you looked in Devices and Printers, or used a tool such as USBview?
