problem with interrupts (stm32f103re)

Hi

I configured 2 EXTI (PA0 & PB1 ) and work perfectly. But when I configure Port B pins output and connect a led to them ( or even a wire!) inerrupts occure! (I pulled up intrnally and externally PA0 & PB1 and in port B I used SPI)

 can any one help me to use other pins of port B?

Bit confusing.Try to see on CRO if some noise is coming on GPIO, or send your piece of code.
