Problem with connection

Hello everyone! I have annoying trouble with my STM32F0 Discovery. After using GPIO->MODER command is displayed Connect failed, check config and cable connection . What is the reason of that issue and how can I fix it?

    Don't know, did you mess with the port configurations related to the SWD debug port? PA13/14

    You might have to set BOOT0 high, and then erase the part via the serial connection and the Flash Loader Demonstrator app.
