Potential bug in CubeMX for STM32U5-series without SMPS?

I am using a STM32U599VJT6 device without SMPS but getting this message when generating code: 

 

 

 

What is supposed to be configured?

First let me thank you for posting!

The warning message simply informs you that you can get the best power consumption by enabling the SMPS,
you can do this by checking the power saving mode under low power then you select SMPS in the power regulator (see screenshot below).

But I can't find that menu for my device..  What am I missing?

After check, I confirm that CubeMX should not allow to select the SMPS option in STM32U59xx device without SMPS.
Issue is reported internally to our team (Internal ticket number: 166485) and this will be fixed as soon as possible.
