Please tell me how to calculate the dead time or determine dead time in this figure.

Thank you for your patronage.  Please tell me how to calculate the dead time or determine dead time in this figure. 

I understand that

HCLK = 84MHz

Prescaler = 83

Counter Period = 99

Pulse = 20

Dead Time = 150

so frequency = 10kHz, Duty ratio = 20%. 

But I can't understand dead time is 2?s.

    Basically it should be like 1/84000000 = 11.9ns. So you can have deadtime between 0 and 1511ns (11.9*127) with 11.9ns steps.

    So for 2us, deadtime value should be like 168. 

    Thats what i think.

    I'm sorry. Dead time =150.

    this assumes Tdts = internal clock..
