Nobody has a crystal ball here. If you wait until they're in stock it will be much longer than if you place an order now.

Perhaps place orders with the manufacturer directly, they'll tell you the delivery dates moving forward, who knows what supply/demand is going to be at retail distributors like DigiKey, Mouser, etc because people show up there randomly with no plans, just instantaneous demand.. Pretty sure the lead-time is stated, and that's likely to be more true for free stock that will sit on a shelf.

Unrealized profits != Losses, and to be honest most orders at this point are going to be no cancel, no return, and often prepaid or binding contract.
