Pin of OSC32_IN, OSC32_OUT and the best shield should be

Dear all,

I am using STM32F103RBT6. I am wondering if I can leave folating the Pin for OSC32_IN/OUT because I didn't need them for my application.

I want also know, how can I do the shield of the MCU STM32?
