3) Found Dim A actual dimension oversize for this lot (Measurement : 0.64, 0.64, 0.64mm). Any change of the package drawing?

ST is not going to trace products on the forum. Speak to your local sales rep or office.

Part looks consistently marked for its production plant. Looks to be a new part, from a new line.

Sizing might relate to that, I'd imagine a PCN is available. Again work with your local ST office, or your official distributor.

The part you are showing on the right picture is an STM32F429IIH6 (UFBGA176), when the Figure 97 on the left is relevant for an STM32F429IH6 (UFBGA169).
