[OTG] Endpoint disable in 'F4 and 'L4

This question is aimed at those in ST who are deeply familiar with the Synopsys OTG core in its various incarnations.

The USB endpoint disable procedures as described in 'F4 and 'L4 RMs are very different; the 'F4 is significantly more complicated.

Is there any material reason not to use the same procedure (either one) for both families?
